Remote Support

With Remote Support it is possible to set up a 'remote assistance session' with a support engineer. Through this session, we are able to look on your screen or to temporarily take control of your pc.

During a teamviewer session one of our workers takes control of your system. Please close sensitive documents and other sensitive programs prior to starting a teamviewer session.

After you have given your agreement on the user conditions you can start downloading the program to take advantage of Remote Support. We will then provide you a login code with which you can start the 'remote assistance session'. If you want to stop the 'remote assistance session', at any time, for whatever reason, you can click the 'cancel' button in the connection screen. The 'remote assistance session' will immediately be terminated and you will have full control over your pc immediately.
